ABOUT US
Beach Harbor Club, A Condominium is governed by the Florida Condominium Act (Chapter 718, Florida Statutes) and the recording of the Declaration of Restrictions, Reservations, Covenants, Conditions and Easements in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
A Florida not-for-profit corporation, responsible for the operation of the Condominium and maintenance, repair, and replacement of the Common Property. The affairs of the Association are controlled by the officers and the Board of Directors.
Located on beautiful Longboat Key, Florida the community consists of 133 condominium units on 5.3 acres.
Constructed in 1970, the waterfront development is located at 3800 Gulf of Mexico Drive,
Unit sizes vary with 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom options some have a Penthouse option.
Onsite management and full time maintenance staff keep the grounds and common areas immaculate.
